By placing an order on our store, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These policies ensure clarity regarding our production timelines and delivery expectations within the United States.
1. Order Processing Time
Because each Arumacase is meticulously crafted and custom-fabricated to meet our strict quality standards, orders are not shipped instantly. Please note the following fulfillment timeline:
* All orders require 3–4 business days for processing, fabrication, and quality inspection before they are handed over to our shipping carriers.
* Business days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or official U.S. federal holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with trusted courier networks to ensure your package arrives efficiently at any valid destination within the United States.
* Free Standard Shipping: Shipping is completely free of charge for all domestic orders over $37.00 USD (subtotal after discounts and before taxes).
* Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under $37.00 USD, the applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to finalizing your payment.
* Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on your specific location.
Please Note: Delivery windows are estimates provided by logistics carriers and are not strict guarantees. Occasional transit delays may occur due to extreme weather, high-volume carrier seasons, or unexpected logistical bottlenecks.
3. Comprehensive Shipping Insurance
We want you to shop with absolute peace of mind. Every single order is fully insured for a safe arrival. In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, stolen, or damaged during delivery, Arumacase will manage the claim and arrange for a complimentary replacement or full refund.
4. Order Tracking & Support
As soon as your package is scanned by our carrier, an automated shipping confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at checkout. This email will contain a dedicated tracking link allowing you to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
